18+ Only — Zero Tolerance Policy: 11hbajee operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings and bonuses will be voided, and the deposited principal will be returned subject to identity verification. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.
11hbajee reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. 3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including using another person's identity, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 11hbajee. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a variant of the same name, a different name, a shared device, a shared IP address, or a shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts linked to the same individual will be closed and any bonus funds contained within those accounts will be voided. The deposited principal across all linked accounts will be returned to the player following identity verification.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
11hbajee conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a standard part of the withdrawal process and may initiate enhanced verification at any point if required by our internal risk and compliance procedures. Verification documents that may be requested include:
- A clear photograph of your Bangladesh National ID (NID) card (front and back).
- A selfie holding your NID card alongside a handwritten note showing your 11hbajee username and the current date.

3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. 11hbajee will never contact you by email, WhatsApp, or any other channel to request your password or OTP. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support without delay and change your password immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
11hbajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on operational and processing factors outside of our control.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, although individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits are credited to your 11hbajee account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving network delays, crediting may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account upon detection.
- 11hbajee does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This same-source requirement is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
- First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours — Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM BST — are typically processed within 30 minutes to two hours. Requests submitted outside these hours may take up to 12 hours to process.
- Any balance that is subject to an active wagering requirement (e.g., a bonus playthrough condition) cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
Currency: All transactions on 11hbajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied on BDT transactions. If you deposit via Visa or Mastercard in a foreign currency, your card issuer's standard conversion rate and any applicable international transaction fees will apply.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of the individual offer.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions

- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — via duplicate accounts, alternative payment methods, or any other method — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering is applied first to real-money balance unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms.
- Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement applies to all bonus awards before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
- Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.
5.2 Abuse & Exploitation
11hbajee monitors betting patterns to identify behaviour that is inconsistent with genuine gaming activity and that appears designed to exploit bonus terms. This includes, but is not limited to, placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee a return regardless of result, using bots or automated software to place bonus bets, or coordinating with other players to share bonus exploitation strategies. Where such behaviour is identified, 11hbajee reserves the right to void the associated bonus, remove bonus-derived winnings, and close the account.
5.3 Changes to Promotions
11hbajee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or materially changed after a player has already opted in, the player's existing eligible balance under the original offer terms will be honoured, provided there is no evidence of abuse.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on 11hbajee, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.

- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software exploits, data interception, reverse engineering, or any other technical means.

- Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or to create the false impression of a different location.
11hbajee reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects may constitute a violation of these obligations. During an investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether the account is reinstated or permanently closed.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
11hbajee may suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
- Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
- Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
- Receipt of a formal self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or any other legally binding instruction requiring account closure.
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via email at support@11hbajee. Upon receipt of your closure request, we will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus funds are not transferable and will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Your request will be processed within five business days of receipt.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings to suspend their account for a defined period: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes and take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers. 7.3 Balance Upon Closure

Bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any balance associated with an account closed for fraud or terms violations will be forfeited and are not subject to return.
8. Limitation of Liability
11hbajee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accurate display of game results, odds, and account balances, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or third-party service disruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11hbajee shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
- Interrupted or delayed deposit and withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Inaccurate odds or game information displayed as a result of data feed errors from third-party sports data providers, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe following identification.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether 11hbajee was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where a technical malfunction affects a game round that is already in progress — for example, a disconnection during a live crash game or a slot spin — the outcome recorded in our server logs at the point of disconnection will be treated as the authoritative result. In cases where no outcome was recorded prior to disconnection, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
Governing Disputes: Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or from the use of 11hbajee services should first be directed to our customer support team at support@11hbajee. We are committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within five business days of receiving a written complaint with full supporting details.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising under them, shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of online gaming contract law as commonly applied in international commercial contexts. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
If any clause or provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that clause shall be severed from the remainder of the document. The remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
